At Canvas Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the 'Return Item' option next to your order history to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Device
Ensure the electronic device is factory reset, deactivated from any cloud accounts, and securely packed in its original box with all included accessories and manuals.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
